its that concept sale!

Greetings citizens! as 3.0 is closing in, RSI has offered us another concept sale.

As 3.0 big planetary landing, alongside with the space alien bike Nox, introducing a brand new 4 wheel all terrain vehicle the Tumbril Cyclone! adding on to the existing land vehicle, a hanger only greycat, and the awesome Ursa in last year demo reel they have put out. With 5 variants to choose from including the all powerful AA turret to shoot out pesky incoming ships.

Note : You cannot CCU to any ships with this item, So Do Not stock this as LTI tokens.

Knowing this, The entry cost for owning a cyclone is USD50, That's actually a little expansive knowing that the bigger brother Ursa cost the same and has better Utility. But what makes Cyclone unique is that its in the middle, Fast enough with some cargo as the Dragonfly and it can fit into a wide selection of roles and it fits 2 people.

The base model comes with a storage compartment. Follow by the all popular standard 1 man turret escort and a dedicated scout with the price tag of USD55. Not forgetting the racing spec version when you really need to go fast. and lastly, any serious ground troops needs a dedicated mobile AA platform for those pesky Auroras with the price of USD70.

As of current, only ships can field an Ursa can carry a Cyclone, Sorry cutlass and freelancers.

Should you pick up a Cyclone?

The cyclone is a great pick for anyone who will explore extensively on planetside as it can provide all types of gameplay and support.

Need a roaming gang? Cyclone has more man and firepower than the dragonfly and nox, also Fast enough to run away from danger.

Need a scouting party? Cyclone has an upgraded sensor suite to track down targets and objective.

In fact you can always complement with the existing land vehicle to create an even better and bigger roaming party ala Mad Max.

As a player with limited funds ( even you can afford ) : NO, Do not consider the Cyclone as you will have no alternative ship to travel in between planets. Also the mustang and Aurora is cheaper than the Cyclone.
