Eve Journal : Picking a home for an industrial

Now since i have settled down a system in eve it's time to ask what system should i stay? after some searching and calculating picking a home with player owned structures is quite tempting, and for me i say pick them over NPC stations at in the long run the tax you saved from them is very lucrative, below is a simple screenshot between 2 difference Player owned Structure, one with 1% tax and another with 2.5% tax.   

Imagine if you are paying at 10% tax a lot right? that's just how NPC station are priced.

so where do i find them? most of these cheap structures are around major system and hubs and eve in nearby starter system.
