Dr fate promo

It's time to bring him up to 4* after so many chest open, so many silver's and yet I have no choice to use gem to promote him now to 3* first

So for this week, levelling promo is triggered for Dr fate

Silver 3* @ 240 gems

Currently sitting at 3* saving gems for my next 5* Mythic Wonder Women first due to levelling "bug" I'm sitting at level 49 where she is suppose to be at 50. If that fails I have a good spot for three 4* candidate, first being Flora poison ivy.
