A change of Hero promo 1.6 injustice 2 mobile

Recently I have discovered that there are some changes in hero promo cost in the 1.6 patch.

Because I was promoting gold from 3* -4* and there was not change in cost, but I notice there was a change in discounted number.

There are some report and post about changes on the silver hero1* - 2* and also gold 2* - 3* cost.

Also the new challenge hero energised starfire, the promo triggers did not work for her as well.

Time for some clarification in game.
