Should you buy Sub Zero

This week Sub Zero cash ready package is now in store for you to unlock.

Should you buy?

Sub Zero is one of those guarantee characters if you play the game long enough. Because he is an challenge Hero. 

Being a challenge hero, one can easily unlock him in 1 challenge cycle with some gem spending. Or with optimal rng drop ( 26 shards per day, 100 shards per cycle ), one can easily unlock him in 2 cycle free, guaranteed would be 56 shards (14 per day) per cycle( lowest drop you can get ), in 4 cycle. So currently spending real cash on him is not a good choice unless you really want him now or do not have a good/huge roster play the challenge. 

Also note that to complete all 3 tier challenge one must have a good set of heroes for the current challenge hero. Meta humans for Sub Zero. 

Challenge hero however have a rotation where every new cycle will be a different hero for you to play, adding more time in between getting the 4 "guaranteed free" hero.

Now the cash package allows you to by pass the gem spending and rotation waiting time. Personally I won't buy it anytime soon. Reason is I would use the funds to buy other games, second is I'm still not willing to spend on in app purchase on mobile games yet, but that's just me.

Currently at Rm 105 (24USD) for a 3* and Rm 195 (45USD) for a 4* .The value is better spend on the 4* package which has the best value.

Package breakdown :

3* + all lv5 gears + 500 gems

Vs

4* + all lv20 gears + 1000 gems

Let's start off with the obvious, a payment of RM 105 let's you skip the rng and Gem wastage or more. Down to about Rm5 a day. An achievable goal to save. Worth trading cash to save time also there are extra gem in the mix.

Next up, top up an extra Rm 90 you gain an extra * to your character. By that extra * alone you have to go through the challenge waiting rotation period and on top of that 1000 gems is always a plus and a set of lv 20 gears take time as well.
