Star Citizen, earning money and get big ships!
Greetings Citizen!
Spotted a ship in the verse and wonder how can you get one? simple. Buy 1 in game or Rent! and renting is the best way to test out the ship that you want to get without committing a huge amount.
So starting with your Starter ship, time to make some money!
The first is a easy mission, Delivery Missions! no risk but low reward and time consuming. sadly its not Mustang Friendly. the good news is that ( I assume every new backer did enter a referral to get that Free 5000 UEC/aUEC ). Head down to the space port to rent an aurora for a day!
Starting with the Aurora ES, 1-2 delivers and you can already earn back the daily rental rate.
and lastly the Aegis Avenger Titan. at 15k per day rate.
and for those who bought the mustang starter package. Don't worry. you get to own an aurora down the road with some aUEC grind.
Another easy no fuss mission is P.I wanted. located in the crusader system. Highly recommended to do once since there is a "Story" with a "good" ending.
Next on the list is Mining, a good old sci fi profession.
Starting with the MISC prospector costing 2 million to own.
But only 41k to rent for a day, still expansive.
So the best alternative, Handheld mining, its a cheap entry barrier for everyone. Available in all major space port.
and last on the list is Combat, either in space or on foot. the highest risk, but the pay out is good! Highly rewarding. Especially on FPS missions ( my current favorite method to earn aUEC) as the weapons are cheaper vs combat ships.
