Should you play : DC unchained

So finally DC has follow the steps of what marvel has taken, having a Mobile Mmo Action Rpg game, that's a mouthful.

Nothing new about this type of gameplay on a mobile as most chinese mobile mmo action Rpg have already done it.

First and foremost auto play has become a staple feature of this type of games, reducing the need to actually playing the game. I for once agree on the function as if it's absent, other people will just figure out a way to bot anyways.

For me I will now look at only auto play mobile mmo rpg games, as the main core of the game is just grind grind grind. Something I would not like to actively play the game. More about this later.

So the game itself is basically a DC skinned of any generic mobile Mmo out there.

Tiered hero upgrades... check
Dual currency style, in game / cash... check
Upgradable skills with another extra side upgrade... check
Upgradable and selectable stats... check

And the cherry on top, Cash shop And with multiple cash only bundles.

And that's just the basic upgrades. With plenty of grinding to do.

Should you play?

Personally of you have not played this type of game you should try out at least for a week.

However the bane of this game is the time needed to grind out and the tendency of cash bundle items. If you have the urge to spend money as an impulse buyer, Best stay away.

I however will play it for free. And the goal I set for myself is just to have a basic max out hero *ahem* superman
